Gigantic International Reading at PEN World Voices Festival 5/3/13
Join Gigantic editors and staff for a reading of a few of our favorite short prose pieces written by international writers past, present, and future. Michael Barron, Ben Blum, Sasha Fletcher, Chloé Cooper Jones, Lincoln Michel, Nadxieli Nieto, and James Yeh will read.

Michael Barron is a contributing editor of Gigantic and the associate editor at New Directions. He plays drums in Megafortress.
Ben Blum is the author of the literary nonfiction book Of Their Own Accord, forthcoming from Doubleday. Sasha Fletcher is the online poetry editor of Gigantic and the author of When All Our Days Are Numbered Marching Bands Will Fill the Streets & We Will Not Hear Them Because We Will Be Upstairs in the Clouds (Mudluscious Press, 2010).
Chloé Cooper Jones is the interviews editor of Gigantic and the former editor of Beecher's. Lincoln Michel is a coeditor of Gigantic.
Nadxieli Nieto is the managing editor of NOON and the former editor of Salt Hill Journal.
James Yeh is a coeditor of Gigantic.

Williams III, Yuka Igarashi, Ben Blum, Andrew Bulger and Matt Di Paoli. Suzanne Pettypiece wrote an article about the event in Poets & Writers and there is also a video which includes Tao Lin's reading and a brief interview with Gigantic Co-editor James Yeh.

Readers included Justin Taylor, Adam Wilson, Anya Yurchyshyn, Kristen O'Toole, Lauren Spohrer, and Kenny Aquiles, along with a cartoon presentation from Todd Zuniga, music from Adron and The Five Cents, and DJ sets from King Vitamin, Cormac McBootay, and DJ HemingYeh.
